Swadesic General User (Buyer) Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using Swadesic as a general user. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

1. User Responsibilities:

  • Users of Swadesic are expected to use the platform responsibly, respectfully, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Engagement:

  • Users can search for and follow other users, view their content, and interact with them as part of our community. This includes engaging with comments and contacting other users for more information.

3. Store Interaction:

  • Users can search for stores, support them, view and purchase their products, and engage with other users in the comments section of products.
  • Shipping, refund and return depends on the seller or supplier and may vary from 3 - 20 days which is communicated to you during the purchase

4. Payments & Refunds:

  • Users can make payments for purchases on the platform securely through the payment gateway integrated with Swadesic.
  • In case of situations that need refund, the refunds are processed in 2 to 3 days from the day the respective seller confirms the product return or any clearance dependency the refund has to adhere which is communicated during the initial transaction.

5. Ownership and Endorsement:

  • Swadesic does not own or endorse the views, products, or services offered by stores, users, or any content on the platform. We strive to maintain a safe environment but are not liable for individual actions or content.

6. Account Security:

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including safeguarding login credentials and ensuring their accounts are not used by unauthorized individuals.

7. Content and Community Guidelines:

  • Users are expected to follow Swadesic's content and community guidelines, which promote a respectful and inclusive environment.

8. Privacy:

  • User privacy is a priority. Swadesic respects user data and complies with relevant privacy laws. Our Privacy Policy outlines how user data is handled.

9. Dispute Resolution:

  • In case of disputes or concerns, we encourage users to reach out to Swadesic for resolution and support.

10. Legal Jurisdiction:

  • Legal matters related to the use of Swadesic should be directed to the legal jurisdiction of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.

By using Swadesic, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or other actions as deemed necessary by Swadesic.
