Swadesic Stores Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering as a store on Swadesic. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Store Registration:
- Stores can register as businesses or individuals based on the level of documentation provided. Business registration requires GST documentation, while individuals can register with a PAN card. Ownership and Endorsement:
- Swadesic does not own or endorse the views, products, or services offered by stores on the platform. We strive to maintain a safe environment for users but are not liable for the actions and content of individual stores. Payment & Refund Handling:
- Payments received on behalf of transactions are securely managed by Swadesic.
- Swadesic deducts communicated commissions, payment gateway fees, and any other applicable deductions incurred due to transactions. Commissions range from ₹0 to ₹100 which depends on cart value, your account type or any offer running, payment gateway fees can range from 0% to 3%.
- Costs associated with refunds and returns, if any, may also be deducted from payments.
- In case of situations that need any refund to either seller or buyer, the refunds are processed in 2 to 3 days from the day the clearance of respective dependency the refund has to adhere which is communicated during the initial transaction. Account Balance and Withdrawals:
- The journey of each payment is displayed in the 'Account Balance' section of your store's profile.
- Once the amount is available to the store, it can be withdrawn directly to the store's bank account or to any other available withdrawal channel within the app.
- The availability for withdrawal is subject to multiple preferences that the store or Swadesic may set up. Content and Product Management:
- Swadesic reserves the right to remove or temporarily hold the exposure of any product, store, or any content that does not meet guidelines for creating a safe ecosystem. Intended Use:
- Swadesic is intended for the growth and support of small businesses in India.
- The platform is not to be misused by any person, entity, or organization in a way that would make it unsafe for the community and society we serve. Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction:
- In case of any dispute or legal discussions, concerned parties are encouraged to reach out to Swadesic first before considering other legal channels.
- The legal jurisdiction to be contacted should be Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
· By registering as a store on Swadesic, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or other actions as deemed necessary by Swadesic.
· Please note that Swadesic may update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time. It is the responsibility of the store to stay informed about any changes to the terms and conditions.
